MINUTE STEAK (ROUND STEAK)
If you only have a minute for dinner this GREAT VALUE cut is for you! Our minute steaks are thinly cut from the top rump or sirloin. These steaks are great in sandwiches and perfect for frying or grilling on the barbecue, and just as the name suggests can be cooked in as little as a 1 minute (30 seconds on each side)!
Their speedy cooking doesn’t mean you need to skimp on flavour, as these steaks are tasty! Add your favourite marinade to enhance the beef flavour. A budget friendly steak cut without sacrificing flavour or quality.
You are purchasing 1 pound of minute steak. These fast-fry steaks are cut approx 1/4″ thick. Each pound is approximately 2-4 steaks depending on the weight.
