Two words to remember when thinking about doing up a brisket. Lowwww and slowwww. Whether you’re cooking it up in the oven, a slow-cooker, on the stove top, or on the smoker grill, the key is to give this cut of meat ample time to cook at a low temp. If possible, trim, inject, and season the brisket 12 hours before smoking. Our beef is under 16 months of age to ensure a high quality, tender beef product. You’ll enjoy the rich flavour experience with every single bite.
