These boxes are specifically designed for those with reduced freezer space or for those wanting to try our beef before purchasing a quarter or side. Each one will include our Kattle Kountry Lean Ground Beef and an assortment of fantastic BBQ Steaks (Tenderloin, Rib Eye, T-bone, Sirloin, New York Strip loin) Roasts, Beef Cubes, Stir-Fry Strips and sometimes Short or Plate Ribs. The beauty of these boxes is the true variety you get!
Typically the break down will be approximately 40-50% ground beef, 25-30% Roast and 25-30% Steaks, Beef Cubes, and Ribs.
