The Lighter Side is a fantastic option if you are looking to sample some of our products or if you are looking for a smaller portion. It provides you a lovely array of our premium locally raised Red Angus cuts and lean ground beef.

5- 1 lb Lean Ground Beef Packs
1- 2-2.5 lb Premium Roast
2 – Tenderloin Steaks 6-8 oz 1-1 1/4” thick
2- Value Cut Steaks (Denver, Minute Steak/Flat Iron) 3/4″ thick; 1 lb total
1- packages of Short Ribs
1 – Beef Cubes (Stew Meat) 1-1.5 lbs
