Sear at a high temperature to lock in all of the juices, then bake in the oven at a high temperature for a few minutes to finish cooking. Also…it is our belief that butter should belong in or on every food ever eaten. Steak is no exception! Placing herbed butter on this beautiful steak while it’s resting is like icing on a cake. A must try!
