Like the cross rib roast, the chuck roast is a slightly tougher cut of beef than the sirloin tip but work great as a pot roast or in the slow cooker. A chuck roast contains the most fat (and flavour!) of the roast cuts and is excellent on the smoker for pulled beef or in a crockpot for Beef Dip.
