Delicious, incredibly rich, tasty and delightful whether you cook them in the slow cooker or on the smoker. A must have meal! Our Kattle Kountry ribs are cut approximately three inches long, with 2” bone cross sections. The short ribs are meaty and laced with beautiful marbling to give them a succulent beefy taste.
They are best if cooked low and slow. Place the ribs in the slow cooker (fresh or frozen) and turn on low for approximately 5-6 hours. Drain and add your favourite rib sauce! Alternatively, season with a dry rub and place on your smoker for 6-8 hours. Either way the results will be heavenly!
Fair price checkout – Our short ribs range in weight from 1.5 – 3 lbs. In order to ensure you receive a fair value, each one is weighed individually and you only pay for what you get. For this reason we may need to refund, or charge a small amount based on the final weight of your short rib.
